Issues and Options Consultation

Closes 14 Feb 2020

Consultation Contents

In this survey you will find chapters, appendices and annexes to the full Issues and Options document, which can be accessed in the drop-down box below for reference, or can be downloaded here.

We want your responses to the questions in the document, which are set-out in a convenient format for you in this online survey. Each chapter below refers to the same numbered chapter in the Issues and Options paper, with a summary of the detail in that chapter and the questions within it, which can be found at the start of each section.

The survey is not timed and your progress is saved if you click 'continue' at the bottom of the page, you can then return to it later.

You can complete as much or as little as you like, though we do need everyone to complete the Tell us Your Details section. You can return to complete the survey later if you wish.

When you're happy with all your responses, be sure to submit your survey or we will not receive your feedback. You will receive an email with a copy of your responses, and a PDF version too that you can print or save.
